all its subversions), Decision Making component (version 0.3 and all its
subversions), the “Files”.

academic end-users and solely for the purposes of their own academic research
and in accessing the Files you agree to be bound by these terms restrictions.

would or might exist in your favour, whether express, implied by law or
otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Cancer Research UK will have no liability, whether in contract, tort or
otherwise in relation to the possession or use of the Files, for any loss or
damage whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, except in the case
of death or personal injury caused by Cancer Research UK’s negligence, and all
such liability is excluded to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
The Files were produced with the benefit of research funding from the European
Community’s Sixth Framework Programme.
The making available of the Files and these terms are governed by English law
and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in
relation to thereto.
