Singular Logic S.A.
The company as it stands today was
formed from the merger of COMPUTER LOGIC (founded in 1980) with DIS (founded
in 1982).
The merger of the two companies was
agreed in November 1999 and was completed by July 2000.
Both DIS, since March 1998 and
COMPUTER LOGIC, since September 1999, were listed in the Parallel Market of
the Athens Stock Exchange. Singular Logic realized its transfer to the Main Market
of the Athens Stock Exchange by August 2001, while since that same year it
also participates in the composition of the ASE General Price Index.
Singular Logic S.A. leads one of the largest IT
Groups in Greece today, through a number of targeted shareholding stakes in
award-winning enterprises.
A significant milestone, which is also a source of meaningful recognition of the company's progress to this date, is when EFG Eurobank recently acquired a stake in the company and took seats on the Board of Directors.

Singular Logic S.A combines harmoniously its pioneering initiatives with the mature

that it offers, in order to meet any business requirement, based upon proven

constitutes
the cornerstone in this effort.
Singular Logic S.A invests significantly in Research/Development. Its goal is to
